At SUNDEK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new beachwear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the hygienic liners are intact for swimwear.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt to track the return status until your refund is processed.
